Clients are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance. We accept most major insurance plans and will verify coverage prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to confirm network status and any copays or deductibles.
5. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee, except in cases of emergency or as required by New Jersey law.
